Returns & refunds
We have a 30-day return policy for *paperback* copies, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Digital downloads (e-book and e-cookbook) are not eligible for returns.
To be eligible for a return on paperback books:
- the book(s) must be in the same condition that you received it
- you must provide proof of purchase
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@lilynicholsrdn.com and we will send you further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your refund request is approved, you'll be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund and for those funds to show up in your account.
Customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the book is damaged.
Shipping Address
Paperback book orders cannot be rerouted to a different address. It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Returns will not be accepted for orders due to customer error in entering their shipping address. Orders cannot be rerouted to a different address once the order has been placed.
