The pregnancy food bible

Don't hesitate, buy this book! You won't regret it.

It's hard to know what's right and wrong when you go and search for information about pregnancy online. My midwife told me to 'Just try and eat healthy and don't worry too much.' Not so bad advise but my gut felt that I could do better. What does healthy mean during pregnancy? What can I optimize without stressing about the diet too much? What supplements should I take? How can I feel reassured that what I am doing is the right thing? So many questions.

This book is an absolute bible. It covers everything you need to know and more. Leaves me with no questions whatsoever and feeling very confident that I am making the right choices during pregnancy. I can't thank you enough for writing this book. It's an absolute blessing!

Palatable, practical read!

Great book for practical solutions to nutrition in pregnancy. I like the various approaches taking many diets into consideration, and the low pressure feel to the suggestions she makes. It’s an easy read to take in small sections at a time and not get bogged down in dry research.
